Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is fantastic and the staff were incredibly helpful, the overall condition of the rooms and the dining options left something to be desired. The noise from nearby attractions can be bothersome at night, but after a long day of exploring, I found it manageable. Overall, it's decent for the price, but improvements are definitely needed.
My experience at this hotel felt far from a 4-star stay, closer to a 2-star. While I appreciated the staff's warm demeanor and the location's convenience to nearby attractions, the state of the facilities left much to be desired. The issues with mosquitoes and cleanliness were significant downfalls. If you're seeking budget accommodation and are okay with these drawbacks, it might work for you.
I had an amazing four-night stay at this hotel while visiting the temples in Siem Reap. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were incredibly welcoming, always greeting us with smiles. However, the breakfast left much to be desired and was the most disappointing aspect of the stay. The location was perfect—close to Pub Street yet quiet enough to relax at night.
My stay was quite frustrating, to say the least. The hotel seems to have potential with its clean amenities, but the lack of maintenance and poor service really brought the experience down. The room had nice features but was plagued by disrepair, and the breakfast was incredibly lacking. I wish I had more positive things to say, but overall, I felt that I didn't get my money's worth during my stay.
My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. While it offered a great location near the Pub Street, the service and overall quality left much to be desired. The room was clean but had several maintenance issues, which made for an unpleasant experience. Poor dining options and a lack of basic amenities like water in the mini bar added to the downside. It's not somewhere I'd recommend or consider revisiting.
